Meet The Team
John Rickenbacker
Owner, TN Foreman
Johnson City, TN
Experience: 12 years
He spends 20+ hours a week behind the wheel, so at this point, driving is basically a hobby. When he’s not racking up miles, he’s cheering from the sidelines at his son’s baseball games or watching his daughter do her thing at cheer. He loves building just about anything and everything—most notably, his own house, which he’s been slowly adding square footage to one project at a time. When he’s ready to put down the tools and take a break, you’ll find him enjoying a date night at the casino with his wife.
Andrew Kanady
Owner, NC Foreman
Charlotte, NC
Experience: 4 years
You’ll usually hear him called Doug. Freshly married and enjoying the newlywed life, he spends his free time snowboarding, surfing, and keeping up with college football. He’s also the go-to guy when a family member needs an extra set of hands—or someone willing to turn a “quick house project” into an all-day adventure.
Hannah Jurasek
Owner, Office Manager
Charlotte, NC
Experience: 4 years
She’s a proud wife and mom of three, which means she’s basically a professional juggler—with fewer circus skills and a lot more coffee. When she’s not working or keeping up with her kids, she’s happiest on the boat, out for a run, skiing, or enjoying a well-earned gin and tonic.
Joey Phillips
Laborer, Team Lead
Johnson City, TN
Experience: 40+ years
Joey loves watching NASCAR and drag racing, scrolling through way too many funny TikTok videos, and spending time with his two dogs. Basically, if it involves fast cars, a good laugh, or his dogs, he’s probably having a good time.
Joey Shuler
Laborer, Team Lead
Charlotte, NC
Experience: 1 year
Joey loves spending time with family and friends and is always up for a good time with the people he enjoys most. When he’s not with them, you’ll probably find him cheering on the Tennessee Vols and watching UT football.
Rolando Medina-Jahn
Laborer, Team Lead
Charlotte, NC
Experience: 1 year
Rolando enjoys spending time with his family and staying active. When he’s not with his family, you’ll likely find him playing pickleball, tennis, or soccer. He’s also bilingual, which comes in handy both on and off the field!
Luke Muncey
Laborer
Charlotte, NC
Experience: 1 year
Luke loves four-wheeling, spending time with his fiancée, creating art through pyrography, and kicking back with a good animated show. He’s also the company comedian, keeping everyone laughing with his quick wit and good sense of humor.
